Let’s go watch wild dolphins this summer! One of the top “dolphin paradises” in the world, Mikurashima Island
2018.6.15|Mikurashima
To describe Mikurashima Island with its virgin forests of huge trees and mountains creating a mystical landscape, it is no exaggeration to say that this is place where an intact pristine natural environment has been preserved. This island is known as one of the world’s biggest habitats of Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins. Along the coast, there are about 150 dolphins living. You can swim with them and you may be able to watch them swimming from a bridge if you are lucky. Visit Mikurashima Island this summer to see wild dolphins!
