Offering spring-only dishes on Chichijima Island!
Restaurants, cafés, and izakaya pubs on Chichijima Island have started offering spring-only dishes! They are not only limited-time offerings but also made only with local ingredients. The lineup of spring-only dishes includes curry with deep-fried swordfish, deep-fried diamond squid on a skewer, quiche with local celery and tomatoes, and local specialty turtle curry. Spring vegetables are also already being shipped to market. Visit Ogasawara and enjoy local spring dishes.
