Don’t miss “shoyu-meshi onigiri” on your trip to Kozushima Island
With the arrival of spring, more and more people visit Mount Tenjo, one of the “100 Best Flower Mountains in Japan.” One of the fun things during climbing is a bento lunch. If you visit Kozushima Island, it should be a great opportunity for you to try the local specialty dish called “shoyu-meshi onigiri.” It is a rice ball made with rice cooked with soy sauce and nori seaweed.
